The Wisconsin Badgers defeated the South Dakota Coyotes 27-13 in Week 2, pulling off back-to-back wins to start the season at Camp Randall Stadium.
While the Badgers ultimately won by double digits, it wasn’t a pretty game once again, as Wisconsin had their share of ups and downs that kept this one closer than projections expected.
Offensively, Wisconsin started hot, but waned at times with their passing attack, leading to a stall in scoring after 14 points over the first three drives.
Defensively, the Badgers continued to have struggles in the run game, allowing over 100 yards again, but gave up only 13 points, thanks to forcing two field goals in the red zone.
