The Wisconsin Badgers lost a 24-7 game to the Minnesota Golden Gophers on Friday, marking their third rivalry loss of the season, dropping their record to 5-7.
With a bowl game on the line, there was hope that Wisconsin could muster enough energy to pull off a much-needed victory. But, that never came to fruition on Friday, as the Badgers never led, leading to their fifth straight loss of the day.
Offensively, Wisconsin couldn’t get anything going, as Braedyn Locke completed under 50 percent of his passes, while the Badgers ran for 36 yards on 24 attempts in the loss.
