It looks like the Wisconsin Badgers will add some backcourt help, though the impact may be delayed a season.
UW-Green Bay freshman point guard Trevor Anderson announced on Twitter Tuesday evening that he will transfer to Wisconsin starting with the 2017-18 season. Due to NCAA transfer rules, he will have to sit next season but will be eligible to play in 2018-19.
Listed at 6’2, 190 pounds, Anderson played and started in 20 games last season, scoring 9.8 points per game and adding 2.9 rebounds and 2.65 assists per contest. His season ended prematurely after suffering a fractured back.
