Madison – The Big Ten office did Wisconsin coach Bo Ryan at least one favor in compiling the 2015-'16 league schedule, which was revealed Thursday.
UW, which has no scholarship seniors and must replace five of its top seven scorers from the team that reached the national title game last April, plays three of its first four Big Ten games at the Kohl Center.
The downside for UW is that the level of competition will be high.
UW opens league play Dec. 29 against visiting Purdue, which finished tied for third in the league last season at 12-6 and could challenge for the title this season.
