While attending this past weekend’s game in Madison, my idiot friends and I got into a discussion about whether or not the B1G is “good” this year. I think it mostly started off as a joke, because the conference that houses Rutgers, Illinois, Nebraska (0-5 overall, 0-3 B1G) and Minnesota can’t possibly be good, but once Northwestern beat Michigan State we really started to think about it.
An argument the SEC always uses when one of their good teams loses to one of their average/bad teams is “the SEC is just too deep! We beat each other up all year!
