Lincoln, Neb. — Troy Fumagalli was in no mood to undersell Wisconsin's first Big Ten Conference victory of the season.
"I think it is huge," the redshirt sophomore tight end said after UW's 23-21 victory over Nebraska Saturday at Memorial Stadium. "I like to say every game is a must-win game. This is huge for the confidence of this team going forward. To get that first Big Ten win is a big relief.
"Just keep it going from here. We were in the same spot last year."
The two-point victory, courtesy of Rafael Gaglianone's 46-yard field goal with four seconds left, was a battle of attrition.
