Wisconsin running back Corey Clement got his first carries since the Alabama game in the first half of Saturday's game against Rutgers, scoring a touchdown on his second carry from 12 yards out.
Clement missed the seven games since Alabama after having sports hernia surgery in Germany, proving to be the first of many significant injuries Wisconsin has faced this season. Dare Ogunbowale and Alec Ingold have done their part to keep the running game alive, but Clement's return is huge for an offense that has been living and dying with the play of quarterback Joel Stave.
Oh, and yes -- Clement was penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct on that massive flip.
