Just weeks before the 2019 NFL Draft, some former Wisconsin Badgers are likely taking trips to or working out in Madison for various teams in hopes of impressing them enough to become part of their respective organizations.
According to ESPN’s Rob Demovsky, fullback Alec Ingold along with linebackers Ryan Connelly and Andrew Van Ginkel will visit the Green Bay Packers on Wednesday and Thursday. The veteran Packers beat writer also reports their trip is during the franchise’s “local prospect day.”
These visits would not count against the annual 30 given to each NFL team during this time.
