The Wisconsin Badgers had an up-and-down 2023 season, going 7-6 in head coach Luke Fickell’s first year as they underwent significant turnover across the board.
Heading into Year 2, the Badgers have improved their roster as they look to accomplish better results against tougher competition, with several key cogs remaining on the roster.
Among the group is starting right tackle Riley Mahlman, who has started the last two seasons for the Badgers, although he missed part of the 2022 campaign with an injury.
As a redshirt sophomore in 2023, however, Mahlman took a step forward, and is now considered a Top 10 tackle in college football heading into 2024, according to PFF.
