For No. 9 Wisconsin, home is where the big wins are.
Already boasting one top-five win at home this year, the Badgers upended No. 5 Nebraska in front of a sell-out “White Out” crowd of more than 7,000 at the Field House on Friday, winning a 25–20, 19–25, 17–25, 25–17, 15–8 nail-biter.
It was a defensive struggle all match, with both teams hitting for season lows. Nebraska hit just .087 while Wisconsin managed just .114. Sophomore Dana Rettke had 10 blocks and junior libero Tiffany Clark, fresh off her Big Ten Defensive Player of Week performance last week, tied a career-high with 26 digs.
