Madison — Drew Meyer and Rafael Gaglianone are approaching the college football season with the same goal:
To better the numbers they posted last year.
That Meyer is eager to punt better than he did as a redshirt junior shouldn't surprise any Wisconsin fan.
Gaglianone's determination to improve his performance is a bit more surprising considering he made 86.4% of his field-goal attempts in his freshman season, but we'll get to that later.
Then-special teams coach Jeff Genyk asked his punters to add rugby-style punts to their repertoire, and Meyer struggled to hit the ball cleanly.
