The No. 18 Wisconsin Badgers returned to the win column on Sunday, beating the Nebraska Cornhuskers 83-55 to improve to 16-4 on the season, including 6-3 in conference play.
It was a strong effort from the beginning for the Badgers, who never trailed in the blowout win, getting off to an early 19-2 lead thanks to a barrage of threes. From there, after getting some resistance from Nebraska to cut the lead to four, Wisconsin was comfortable the rest of the way, finishing the half with a 16-2 run before starting the second half with an 18-7 run.
