The Wisconsin Badgers got their third straight victory on Saturday with a 23-3 win over the Northwestern Wildcats, improving to 5-2 on the season and 3-1 in conference play.
It was another big win for the Badgers, but this one had a different tone to it, as the team relied on their defense and run game to churn out a 20-point victory.
Offensively, the Badgers saw some struggles in the passing game, as Braedyn Locke had two turnovers, but the run game was stout behind a strong offensive line, with lead back Tawee Walker going for over 100 yards again, while averaging 5.
