Wisconsin Badgers head basketball coach Greg Gard and the team could be one step closer to a core member of the rotation returning.
Junior point guard Kamari McGee, who has been out since suffering a toe injury in a 91-79 win over Indiana on January 19, returned to practice.
“It began like midway through last week,” McGee told reporters regarding when he regained his strength. “I started doing a little bit of some agility work, and I started getting in here and doing some individual workouts to get my feel and my rhythm back.
