The start of the 2024-25 college basketball season is finally upon us, as the Wisconsin Badgers are hitting the court against a new opponent for the first time this year, facing off against UW-River Falls in an exhibition game on Wednesday.
Wisconsin’s season officially starts next Monday against Holy Cross, but they have the intra-state game first against River Falls, with tip-off set for 7:00 p.m. at the Kohl Center later tonight.
The Badgers have a much different roster outlook this year, as seven players departed the program, while six new faces entered, with every addition having a good chance to contribute in the rotation this year.
