How Braedyn Locke’s ‘slinger’ mentality propelled a strong bounce back vs. Purdue

Wisconsin Badgers quarterback Braedyn Locke had arguably his strongest half of football in the second half against the Purdue Boilermakers, finding a way to make good play after good play in the team’s 52-6 blowout win.

It was an eye-opening performance from Locke, especially given the fact that he started the game slow and had thrown two interceptions before really settling in and cruising from there, with one of them bouncing off the body of his receiver.

Following his two picks, Locke was an incredible 15/18 passing for 279 yards and two touchdowns, facilitating a 21-point third quarter for Wisconsin that really blew the game open.
