The Wisconsin Badgers staff have been outspoken about their belief in cornerback Nyzier Fourqurean this offseason, with head coach Luke Fickell calling him the most improved player on the team on several occasions.
Fourqurean, a senior in 2024, came over from Grand Valley State last offseason and grew into the starting boundary cornerback, but saw his fair share of ups and downs during the season that led to questions at the position heading into the offseason.
But, what the public didn’t know was that the cornerback dealt with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome last offseason, which caused him to not be able to lift weights for a portion of time and led to his playing weight fluctuating throughout the season.
