The Wisconsin Badgers pulled off a 74-67 victory over the Minnesota Golden Gophers on Wednesday, finding a way to gnaw out a win on the road despite facing adversity.
Wisconsin got the win without starting guard Max Klesmit, relying more on their star power to get the job done. Only it was John Blackwell who shined yet again, finishing with 25 points on the night just two games after getting 24 points in a blowout over Washington.
Behind him, John Tonje had a respectable 18 points on 5/10 from the field, feasting at the free throw line once again.
