Last week, incoming freshman recruits enrolled in classes at UW Madison, but one important face was missing — Jordan Stevenson.
The top rated recruit in the class, Stevenson’s enrollment is expected in the fall, according to an email from head coach Paul Chryst through the athletic communications office.
“He’s not enrolled for the summer but we expect him to be with us for fall camp,” Chryst wrote.
According to 247Sports, the delay is academic-related.
This wouldn’t be the first time a highly touted running back missed the summer session due to an academic issue.
