Former Wisconsin QB Joel Stave signed to Seattle Seahawks practice squad

Seriously, the Seattle Seahawks have a whole pack of Badgers.

The NFC West power signed Joel Stave, the former Wisconsin Badgers walk-on, team captain and winningest quarterback in school history, to its practice squad on Wednesday. John Boyle, who covers the Seahawks as their digital reporter, announced the move via Twitter.

Stave joins a Seattle squad already stockpiled with former Wisconsin signal callers, including current starting quarterback Russell Wilson (played for UW in 2011), safety-turned-wide receiver Tanner McEvoy (2013-15, 2014 as quarterback) and offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell (1992-95).
