Wisconsin defensive backs coach Daronte Jones is leaving the Badgers to take a job as an assistant defensive backs coach with the Miami Dolphins of the NFL, according to ESPN NFL insider Adam Caplan.

Jones was only with the Badgers for one season, but under his direction Wisconsin had one of the toughest secondary groups in the nation. Jones helped Tanner McEvoy, who had a team-high six interceptions last season, develop into one of the nation’s most productive safeties.
