After a turbulent month of February, the Wisconsin Badgers basketball program has hit its stride at the right time.
UW came up short in the Big Ten Tournament final against Illinois, but it was still an impressive run for Greg Gard and company. The Badgers hit 16 threes en route to a win over Maryland, received significant contributions from AJ Storr to take down Northwestern, and defeated Purdue in the final seconds of overtime before falling in the championship game.
Following a strong tournament run, Wisconsin received the No. 5 seed in the south region with a first-round matchup against James Madison on deck.
