Madison — Based on his limited workload during practice, it appears junior tailback Corey Clement won't play when Wisconsin hosts Northwestern this week.
"He rode the bike," running backs coach John Settle said after practice Tuesday when asked if Clement got any work. "It's going to be like it has been all year — day-to-day. He's just not ready."
The fact Clement, who has been limited to two games because of a sports hernia, did nothing after a bye week does not bode well for his chances.
