The Wisconsin Badgers made their biggest splash this offseason when landing transfer quarterback Tyler Van Dyke from the Miami Hurricanes to be their projected starter as they enter Year 2 of the Luke Fickell era in Madison.
Van Dyke, a graduate transfer who comes over from Miami with several years of starting experience, has seen his fair share of ups and downs over his collegiate career, which he’ll be looking to rewrite during his stint with the Badgers.
Originally a heralded quarterback prospect following a strong 2021 campaign where he threw for 2,931 yards, 25 touchdowns, and six interceptions, Van Dyke saw his play shuffle over the next two years due to injuries and inconsistencies.
