The Wisconsin Badgers have landed their first transfer of the offseason, as Virginia Cavaliers guard Andrew Rohde has committed to the program, he announced.

Rohde, a 6’6, 200-pound wing, is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He averaged 9.3 points and 4.3 assists as a junior in 2024, shooting 43.2 percent from the field and 41.2 percent from three.

Rohde started his career at Mt. Saint Mary’s, where he averaged 17.1 points and 3.6 assists per game as a freshman, shooting 44.8 percent from the field.

He elected to enter the transfer portal after his freshman season, where the Badgers initially showed interest, but headed to Virginia, where he was a two-year starter as a sophomore and junior.
