The Wisconsin Badgers double-dipped with additions on Thursday, landing Tulsa guard Braeden Carrington in the transfer portal, he announced.

Carrington, a 6’4, 200-pound guard, averaged 7.4 points and 4.8 rebounds per game in 2024, while shooting 35.1 percent from the field and 33.6 percent from three.

Originally from Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, Carrington spent his first two seasons with the Golden Gophers, where he played 41 games and started 10 before transferring.

Now, he’ll spend his final year of eligibility with the Badgers and is expected to be their final scholarship player, joining Lithuania’s Alexis Bieliauskas as the two additions for Wisconsin today.
