University of Wisconsin midfielder Rose Lavelle was named to the United States' Women's National Team roster for a training camp ahead of two June matches against Japan.
The U.S. will practice on May 27 in Denver in advance of a June 2 meeting with Japan in Commerce City, Colorado. The team will also play Japan on June 5 in Cleveland. The U.S. will carry 18 players for each matchup.
Lavelle is one of seven midfielders named to the USWNT roster. Lavelle is the only player on the roster without professional experience.
