Columbus, Ohio — Matt Jurusik regrouped in the nick of time.
The Wisconsin netminder surrendered the tying goal with 48 seconds left in regulation but then stood tall the rest of the way in a 4-4 draw with Ohio State.
Jurusik kept the Buckeyes off the scoreboard in overtime and proceeded to stymie Ohio State in the ensuing six-player shootout.
Wisconsin (6-15-8, 1-10-4-2 Big Ten) finally broke through in the shootout when Matthew Freytag beat Buckeyes goaltender Christian Frey.
Jurusik, who finished with 25 saves on the night, then stopped a shot by Ohio State's Mason Jobst to give the Badgers the shootout victory.
