The Wisconsin Badgers have been one of the busier teams in the transfer portal this season, adding 19 players to revamp their 2025 roster, while seeing 25 players leave as well.
Wisconsin has focused on the defensive side of the ball primarily, as 12 of those 19 transfers have been on defense. There’s been a significant focus in the trenches, with the Badgers adding four defensive linemen and three outside linebackers in the portal, but there’s also been a directed focus in the secondary.
Needing help at both safety and cornerback, the Badgers went out and got two transfers at each position, and all four players are primed to help Wisconsin in 2024.
