Chloe Miller clearly can do some amazing things with a softball bat.
Call them bat tricks. Like the one where she starts a swing, lets go of the bat with a whirlybird spin, grabs the handle in mid-flight and smoothly completes the swing.
That one only took her a couple days to learn and she insists that no one got injured in the process.
“The biggest thing is that when you release it you have to catch it lower because of gravity,” said Miller, who developed a repertoire of bat tricks during her freshman year at the University of Wisconsin as part of a competition with some friends from back home in Iowa.
