Clement not only will be the No. 1 tailback in the rotation, running backs coach John Settle has asked the rising junior to embrace the role of leader. Clement was able to follow the lead of Melvin Gordon and James White in 2012 and Gordon last season, and he knows the younger backs will have to follow him in 2015. Clement insists he is ready for the challenge.
