The Wisconsin Badgers have made their return to the AP Top 25 in this week’s polls for the first time in five weeks, landing at No. 24.
After being in the receiving votes section over the last month, the Badgers had two major wins this week, beating the Rutgers Scarlet Knights 75-63 in a hard-fought victory before easily moving past the Minnesota Golden Gophers 80-59.
Both wins have set the Badgers up at 13-3 as they earned 101 more votes this week, essentially moving up six spots in the rankings.
Wisconsin is now on a five-game winning streak, improving their conference record to 3-2 after early losses to the Michigan Wolverines and the Illinois Fighting Illini.
