The Wisconsin Badgers have extended a scholarship offer to 2027 quarterback Teddy Jarrard, he announced on Tuesday.

A native of Georgia, Jarrard stands at 6’2, 185 pounds, and Wisconsin is believed to be his third D-I scholarship offer after Georgia State and Bethune-Cookman both offered the quarterback.
