The University of Wisconsin men's tennis team won four singles events and earned the doubles point for a 5-2 non-conference victory over UW-Green Bay on Saturday at Nielsen Tennis Stadium.
"Green Bay came out with great energy and intensity, and they played great doubles," coach Danny Westerman said. "I was happy with the way we took their best punch and really held on to our own and played our game. That first point was huge. The doubles point is always worth more than one, so that was big for us."
The Badgers (9-1) have been finding ways to win in whatever fashion they can against tough opponents.
