COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The University of Wisconsin men's soccer team played aggressively but couldn't thwart Ohio State and fell 2-0 Sunday afternoon at the Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium.
The Badgers (3-9-2, 1-2-2 Big Ten Conference) were unable to come back from a pair of goals by the Buckeyes (8-4-2, 3-1-1) .
Ohio State registered the first goal in the 13th minute as Kyle Culbertson tallied his third goal of the season off of a corner kick rebound from Danny Jensen.
The score remained 1-0 through 20 minutes of the second hal, until Ohio State's Christian Soldat found the back of the net in the 65th minute.
