Junior forward Christopher Mueller had a goal to open the scoring, then assisted on the final goal as the University of Wisconsin men’s soccer team beat UW-Green Bay 3-0 in a non-conference game Tuesday night at McClimon Field.
The victory marks UW’s fifth home win and their most home wins since going 10-0-0 in 2013.
Casey Beyers and Philipp Schilling needed to make only one save as the Badgers (7-2-2) improved to 4-0-1 since Sept. 27.
Mueller scored on a free kick in the 24th minute and Matej Radonic converted on a long throw from Mark Hail to give UW a 2-0 halftime lead.
