The Wisconsin Badgers are one of the biggest risers in this week’s AP Top 25 polls, moving up six spots from No. 24 to No. 18 after a pair of wins last week.
Wisconsin edged past Ohio State 70-68 last Tuesday, getting by a late Buckeyes run with some clutch free throws to move to 14-3 on the year.
Then, they beat USC 84-69, getting out to an early lead before finishing strong after the Trojans pushed back to cut the lead to one possession to win by double-digits.
Now, the Badgers stand at 15-3 and 5-2 in conference play, which is fourth in the Big Ten behind Michigan State (7-0), Purdue (7-1), and Michigan (6-1).
