After a strong start, the Wisconsin Badgers are still in need of some frontcourt help in the transfer portal to help out returner Nolan Winter and transfer Austin Rapp.
So, it’s not a surprise that they’ve shown interest in Texas Tech transfer forward Federiko Federiko, according to On3’s Joe Tipton, who was a reserve on the Elite Eight team this year.
Coming off the bench, the 6’11, 215-pound forward averaged 5.1 points and 4.5 rebounds in 18.9 minutes of action per game for the Red Raiders, while shooting 74.3 percent from the field.
There have been several programs that have reached out to Federiko alongside Wisconsin, including Auburn, Indiana, Ole Miss, Virginia, NC State, Texas A&M, USC, and Utah.
