Badgers forward becomes the 4th to enter the transfer portal

The Wisconsin Badgers transfer portal carousel is continuing on, as junior forward Xavier Amos is entering the transfer portal.

Amos, a transfer from Northern Illinois last offseason, averaged 3.5 points and 1.8 rebounds in 9.7 minutes of action per game, shooting 37.4 percent from the field and 29.4 percent from three.

The Badgers had high hopes for the forward when landing him in the transfer portal, but he had a slower start in the offseason, fighting for a spot in the rotation.

But, as the season came along, Amos became one of the power forwards in the rotation, backing up starter Nolan Winter as a stretch-four.
