Malik Zaire to... Florida? Does this (finally) put to rest the rumors about the former Notre Dame quarterback transferring to the Wisconsin Badgers?
WNDU’s Alex Wilcox first reported that Zaire “has chosen Florida,” but as both Wilcox and Alligator Army note, Zaire must wait to see if the SEC will modify its graduate transfer rules. Florida is currently unable to take on graduate transfers. Fox Sports’ Bruce Feldman also reported on Tuesday that Zaire is a “lean” towards the Gators.
Alex Hornibrook is Wisconsin’s quarterback and that won’t change unless there’s an injury to the southpaw or unforeseen circumstances.
