What a game.
The Wisconsin Badgers got a major win in the Big Ten tournament semifinals by defeating the top-seeded Michigan State Spartans 77-74, ending the Spartans’ eight-game win streak. It was a game in which momentum swung back and forth like a pendulum between both teams. However, the Badgers came through and avenged their previous loss to Michigan State earlier this month.
It was also a game that featured several questionable calls/no-calls on both sides. None more so than the dead-ball technical foul John Blackwell received after an egregiously long replay from official Keith Kimble.
