It was far from the best win of the season, but it’s nine in a row for the Wisconsin Badgers over the Minnesota Golden Gophers. The Badgers’ 74-67 win on Wednesday night at Williams Arena was their 13th win in conference play, which puts them in a three-way tie for fourth place in the Big Ten Conference standings.
While the Badgers won in Minneapolis, there was much to improve upon. For the second straight game, Wisconsin finished the game with five three-pointers, albeit on 22 shots. Clearly, this team needs Max Klesmit back in the starting lineup, and the three-point shooting is becoming a concern.
