EUGENE Ore. — The University of Wisconsin men's basketball team had its offense and defense clicking when it needed it most.
Chucky Hepburn's 3-pointer in the final minute and Max Klesmit again elevated his game as the Badgers won 61-58 at Matthew Knight Arena to advance past the Oregon Ducks and into the National Invitation Tournament semifinals in Las Vegas on March 28.
Hepburn's 3-pointer with 55.4 seconds left was the final field goal of the game, and it gave the Badgers a 59-57 lead.
