The Wisconsin Badgers had their best game of the season with a 52-6 win over a hapless Purdue Boilermakers squad. The Badgers established a new school record with their 18th straight win over Purdue, and it was their largest margin of victory ever against the Boilermakers.
Wisconsin was superior in all three phases of the game. The offense racked up 589 yards, while the defense held the Boilermakers to 207 total yards and zero touchdowns. A muffed punt, this time by Purdue’s Dillon Thieneman, led to the Badgers’ first score for the second straight game.
