The Wisconsin Badgers are set to take on the Montana Grizzlies in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Thursday, facing a quick turnaround after their 59-53 loss to the Michigan Wolverines in the Big Ten Championship this past Sunday.
Wisconsin earned a No. 3 seed on Selection Sunday, but wasn’t able to get their coveted draw in Milwaukee, ranking behind the Iowa State Cyclones and Kentucky Wildcats on the three-seed line. Nonetheless, they’re heading to Denver and will look to get out of the first weekend of the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2017.
