The Wisconsin Badgers needed a response after their 38-21 loss to the USC Trojans last weekend, where they fizzled out in the second half in disappointing fashion.
Well, they got one on Saturday, as they blew out the Purdue Boilermakers 52-6, improving to 3-2 on the season and winning their first conference game, as well as their 18th consecutive victory over Purdue.
While they didn’t have the cleanest first half, Wisconsin got to a 21-6 lead at halftime before exploding in the third quarter with 21 points, ultimately winning 52-6.
