The 19th of 19 publicly known verbal commitments for Wisconsin’s class of 2019 locked down his decision on Dec. 14, when safety Titus Toler announced he would play for the Badgers.
A former Colorado commit, Toler will be the fourth projected defensive back to join this class of future Badgers alongside cornerbacks Dean Engram, Semar Melvin and James Williams.
Toler is also prep teammates with current Wisconsin signee and early enrollee Spencer Lytle, and the duo are one of two sets of future Badgers that played high school together—joining East Kentwood’s Logan Brown and Stephan Bracey.
