The solution to Winnipeg’s short-term problems will likely not be found in the draft. In fact, it might not even be available at all this year. There are a few free agents that could act as a band-aid for the most glaring issues in Winnipeg, but the Jets will need to focus on re-signing a few of their own players as well. Michael Frolik had a pretty solid year and the same goes for Jiri Tlusty. Some other big names for the Jets to look at bring back are Paul Postma, Adam Pardy and Drew Stafford.
