The Winnipeg Jets were flying right out of the gates. Three shots in the first twenty-seven seconds. Wow. They could have had three goals there. Matt Hendricks dropped the gloves right away, in the first couple of seconds he was on the ice. He laid quite the beating on Brenden Dillon, with a mixture of rights and a few lefty’s.
We were hot of the start, and the fans were totally into it. However, we slowed down and let the Sharks get into it. It was a game with many opportunities from both the Winnipeg Jets and San Jose Sharks.
