Calgary is coming off a 7-4 win over St. Louis Monday that snapped the Blues’ six-game win streak. Ex-Jet Michael Frolik led the Flames with a hat trick, including two while short-handed. That was the first time a Calgary player had scored twice while down a man since Cory Stillman on Jan. 9, 1998.
Flames forward Mikael Baklund picked up an assist in the win over the Blues and has six points in seven games in March. He is now just two points shy of his career high of 39, set in 2013-14.
